All monetary values are denominated in South African Rand (ZAR) and include Value-Added Tax (VAT) where statutorily applicable. Prices are subject to modification without advance notice.

3. Order Placement and Financial Transaction Protocols

All purchase orders are subject to formal acceptance by the Company and product availability. The Company extends payment modalities through Yoco encrypted payment gateways, SnapScan QR payments, or traditional electronic funds transfer as specified during the checkout procedure.

4. Delivery and Logistics Protocol

The Company facilitates nationwide distribution through strategic partnerships with The Courier Guy and PAXI. The standard delivery tariff is R70.00. This tariff is automatically waived for transactions exceeding R1000.00. The estimated delivery timeframe is 3-5 business days following order processing completion.

5. Order Processing Timeline

Due to exceptional market demand, all orders necessitate a 1-3 day processing period prior to dispatch. Additional manufacturing time of 2-5 days may be required for items not currently in inventory. Customers shall receive automated notifications regarding processing status.

Return, Exchange, and Refund Protocol

When a transaction qualifies for complimentary delivery (order value exceeding R1000) and subsequent partial returns reduce the transaction value below the R1000 threshold, the original delivery tariff (R70) will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Exchange Protocol

To execute an exchange, please return the original merchandise following standard return procedures and initiate a new purchase order for the desired item. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a refund for the original transaction.

6. Defective or Non-Conforming Merchandise

If you receive defective or non-conforming merchandise, please contact our customer service at drixelsa@gmail.com within 7 business days of delivery. Provide photographic evidence of the defect. For validated claims, we will arrange return collection at Company expense and expedite replacement or refund processing.

7. Final Sale Merchandise

Shipping Information

1. Delivery Partners

We work with The Courier Guy and PAXI for reliable nationwide delivery across South Africa. Both partners provide tracking and delivery confirmation.

2. Delivery Fees

Standard delivery fee is R70. Free delivery is automatically applied to orders over R1000. The free delivery threshold applies to the subtotal before tax.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after order processing is complete. Delivery starts after the order processing period (1-3 days due to high demand).

4. Order Processing Time

Due to high demand and quality control, all orders take 1-3 days to process before shipping. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. For items that need to be made, an additional 5-day production time may be needed.

5. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all street addresses in South Africa. We don't deliver to PO Boxes. Remote areas may take longer to deliver.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will try to deliver 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to the depot. Extra delivery attempts may have extra charges.

7. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you'll get an email from drixelsa@gmail.com with your tracking number. You can track your order on The Courier Guy or PAXI websites.

8. Delivery Proof

All deliveries need a signature. The courier will take a photo of the delivery and get a signature as proof of delivery.

9. International Shipping

Right now, we only ship within South Africa. International shipping will be available in the future.

10. Delivery Problems

If you have delivery issues like delays, no delivery, or damaged packages, email drixelsa@gmail.com with your order number. We'll check with our courier partners and help within 2 business days.

11. Changing Delivery Address

You can change your delivery address within 24 hours of ordering by emailing drixelsa@gmail.com. Once processing starts, we can't change the address.
